Si algo llega da\u00f1ado, o no es lo que pediste, escr\u00edbenos y lo resolvemos nosotros. Para todo lo dem\u00e1s tienes 30 d\u00edas, siempre que el producto siga sellado.<\/p>\n

Devoluciones<\/h2>\n

Tienes 30 d\u00edas desde la entrega para pedir una devoluci\u00f3n. Pasado ese plazo no podemos ofrecer reembolso ni cambio.<\/p>\n

Para aceptarla, el producto tiene que estar sin abrir, sellado y en su empaque original.<\/p>\n

Por qu\u00e9 solo productos sellados<\/h2>\n

Nuestras cremas y lociones se aplican sobre la piel. Una vez abierto un pomo o un frasco no podemos garantizar c\u00f3mo se guard\u00f3, as\u00ed que no podemos devolverlo a circulaci\u00f3n ni envi\u00e1rselo a otra persona. Es la misma regla que rige para cualquier producto cosm\u00e9tico, y existe para protegerte.<\/p>\n

Si el pedido lleg\u00f3 da\u00f1ado o equivocado<\/h2>\n

Eso corre por nuestra cuenta. Escribe a info@novopielcream.com dentro de los 7 d\u00edas siguientes a la entrega, con tu n\u00famero de pedido y una foto del problema. Te enviamos un reemplazo o te devolvemos el importe completo, y el env\u00edo lo pagamos nosotros. En este caso el producto no necesita estar sellado.<\/p>\n

C\u00f3mo iniciar una devoluci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n

  1. Escribe a info@novopielcream.com con tu n\u00famero de pedido y el motivo.<\/li>\n
  2. Espera nuestra respuesta. Te confirmamos la direcci\u00f3n de devoluci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
  3. Env\u00eda el producto una vez tengas esa confirmaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Por favor, no env\u00edes nada antes de escribirnos. Los paquetes que llegan sin una devoluci\u00f3n confirmada no se pueden procesar.<\/p>\n

    Reembolsos<\/h2>\n

    Cuando tu devoluci\u00f3n llega, la revisamos y te escribimos con la decisi\u00f3n. Si se aprueba, el reembolso vuelve al mismo m\u00e9todo de pago que usaste. Tu banco o el emisor de la tarjeta decide cu\u00e1nto tarda en aparecer, normalmente entre 5 y 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles.<\/p>\n

    Si han pasado m\u00e1s de 10 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles desde que te avisamos de que el reembolso estaba aprobado y sigues sin verlo, escr\u00edbenos y lo reclamamos contigo.<\/p>\n

    Costo del env\u00edo de vuelta<\/h2>\n

    Salvo que el producto llegara da\u00f1ado o no fuera el que pediste, el costo de enviarlo de vuelta corre por tu cuenta y no se reembolsa.<\/p>\n

    Productos en oferta y regalos<\/h2>\n

    Los productos comprados en oferta o con descuento siguen las mismas reglas que cualquier otro pedido.<\/p>\n
