This page explains what we collect on novopielcream.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Plain language, no small print.
What we collect when you place an order
- Your name, shipping address and billing address.
- Your email address and phone number.
- What you ordered, the amount and the date.
- The card brand and the last four digits, nothing more.
We never see or store your full card number. The payment is handled entirely by our payment processors.
Who processes the payment
Card payments are processed by WooPayments, built on Stripe. If you choose to pay in installments, that is handled by Klarna or Affirm. Those companies receive the data they need to take the payment, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.
Shipping
To get the package to you we give the carrier your name, address and phone number. Nothing else travels with the label.
If you create an account
We store your name, email, addresses and order history so you do not have to type them again. You can change or delete this information at any time from your account, or by writing to us.
Contact form
If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message and your email address so we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation.
Cookies and measurement
The store uses cookies to remember your cart and to keep you signed in. Those are necessary for the site to work.
We also use these services to understand how the site is used and how our ads perform:
- Google Analytics, for visits, pages viewed and general location. Not your name.
- Meta, for Facebook and Instagram, to measure whether an ad led to a purchase.
- TikTok, for the same purpose on that platform.
You can block these from your browser settings or with any ad blocker, and the store will keep working.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not hand your list to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax obligations require. Account information stays until you ask us to remove it.
Your choices
Write to info@novopielcream.com and we can do any of these:
- Send you a copy of what we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your account and personal details, keeping only what the law requires us to keep about past sales.
Security
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection, and access to the store administration is restricted and protected.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
